MY TIME AT MERCY SHIP

       MY TIME AT MERCY SHIP

My time at mercy ship has been great I have been to so many places but I have never seen any thing like this. It is amazing how they can live off of so little and we live off of things we don’t need, the injures that they have is so sad I just want to give every thing that I have to them. And  if you go down the WARD A you will find a little girl that has burns all over her, and I never knew how lucky I was to have everything I have. My favorite thing I have done here so far is go to the Hope Center the hope center is filled with so much joy and laughter  I fell that the world has forgotten the joy. If you go to the Hope Center you will find 3 boys, 1 Osama, 2 Temba  , and 3 Omar. Osama has 1 leg, Temba has skin graph, Omar has a burn on his face. The crown bakery, Bema beach, and the craft market are all fun. 1 thing I don’t like here is the rain it is worse here than it is in WASHINGTON. And also you never know how lucky you are until you go to a place that has nothing and I think Africa is the apical forgotten poor.

                                                     THE END!

The house on maple street

One Monday morning evening on
Maple Street
when I was riding my new shiny
Bike, a short old house suddenly shot out huge round rocket boosters.
The whole street began to shake, and then I saw big black puffy smoke.
The smoke began to get bigger and bigger, I started to see fire so bright I had to
Wear sun glasses. Then the old house suddenly shot into the sky like a rocket.
Nobody knows what happened to the house and nobody really cares.

The house on maple street

One mysterious night. Maple Street started to shake. It started to smell like a BBQ.
Mr. Burdicks house had shot of like a rocket. Every one had come out to see.
They looked all over for him his family thought he was dead. And that is the story of Harris Burdick

The house on Maple Street

The house on maple St. was kind of small; it had 5 windows and a door on the right. On the side were three windows, the top one at the front set an eerie glow. The house mysteriously lifted off completely silent, knocking a pine tree as it went. As it took off the fire and smoke from the rockets nearly blinded me!! The smoke smelled like BBQ, it was a pretty scary sight, it was like a ghost came to steer it away…when it left it was like nothing was there!

The House on Maple Street

The day the boy told me he was doing it tonight I said I would watch. So that night I walked across the pitch black street on to the gray colorless sidewalk and waited and waited and waited and waited. All of a sudden the house lifted off the ground like a balloon on a silent take off. I could feel the burning flames as the smoke twisted and curled across the ground like fog. When I looked up the house was a tiny dot floating around in the inky black starry sky. Then I saw a tiny figure waving at me, and in the next sudden moment he was gone, and the mysterious take off was over.

THE HOUSE ON MAPLE ST.

Suddenly it was gone. No one saw it happen except me and a small boy or girl who may have been in the window of the house who seemed to be steering it away. Without warning the house just lifted off. IT was a silent lift off, so quiet one could never tell, so hot you were sweating in a moment. It was very mysterious. Smoke everywhere!! Trees ripped from the ground. For a moment, the light was so blinding night seemed to turn to day, but only for a moment. The mysterious house just lifted off shaking and rattling as it went. Who was it, where did it go, and the biggest question is, WHY did it go. Nobody knew.

The House on Maple Street

The House lifted off delicately and mysteriously. It was a hot and loud take of with a boy possibly steering the house. It almost seemed scary with all the smoke and the house rocking so much that the boy was obviously frightened. The house was an extraordinary sight seeing it up and away in the snap of your fingers. It was as bright as the sun and I was blown by the wind. It was suddenly gone like a bird there and then gone.
